Forum moderator profile. [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Cindy Kemp, Ph.D., moderator of the Balancing Work and Home forum,is an adjunct professor of teacher education at Texas A&MUniversity-Commerce. Kemp has served as career and technical educationcoordinator for McKinney Independent School District in Texas, and as anassistant principal, counselor and agricultural science and technologyeducator on the secondary level. While working, Kemp earned a doctoratein agricultural education, making her a great person to lead thediscussion on how to balance the multiple demands in an educator'slife.
